For every website, the first thing you need to give people is what they came for. They usually come with the most obvious question -- where are you, do they qualify for your service. After they answer the first question, talk to them in their language.

Write emails as if you were telling someone something important – and they were halfway out the door. Use only the essential words, used headings, and use short paragraphs and point form. Send ONLY the emails that are essential.
